According to § 83 of the German Social Security Code (SGB) - Ninth Book (IX), companies with a representative body for the disabled are to adopt a binding integration agreement, which defines barrier-free workplace design. This will simplify and promote the integration of people with disabilities.
However, many companies do not pay sufficient attention to the inclusion agreements and make it difficult for SHE representatives to promote inclusion in the company. In addition, there are still some companies that have not yet signed an inclusion agreement.
